where are you located , Do you have a retail store i can visit ?
sassy millinery is located in Sydney. we do not have a store or showroom for you to visit, our designs are only available online.

can you do small  changes to  a design
Yes where possible, many of  designs can be customised  to your liking.please email me at julie@sassymillinery.com.au with the design number and details of changes .
 please note major changes are considered custom made and may be subject to different pricing / delivery times .


How long will my order take ?

Most orders are handmade upon receipt of the order unless the listing states  item  in stock .
Please refer to the information at the top of each page for a general guideline,

  Most fascinators, headpieces  and veils will take between 2-4 weeks for production,
small feather clips and combs up to 10 days production. 
  Stock items will usually be despatched within 2-3  business days of order receipt .

This is a guideline, we strive to produce and ship the pieces as quick as we can.  

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with an estimate of production time,  a follow up email when it has been shipped will be sent.


My event is sooner than your usual order time, can you help me?
A rush order may be possible depending on time of year and current order commitments.
 Please note depending on level of current order commitments a rush order fee  may be charged .

 please email before placing the order stating the design , colour , the date of your event  or date required by  AND your postcode  to Julie@sassymillinery.com.au to see if its possible.



Bespoke designs:

If you wish to have a  headpiece and/or veil custom made please  email to discuss at julie@sassymillinery.com.au 

How do I pay?

The sassy millinery online store  is powered by Paypal - this is the preferred payment method. paypal accepts mastercard , visa  and paypal account

If you wish to pay by bank deposit  please email through your order  providing the following information
style number, colour and any design  option choices (if applicable),
Your name and postal address
and date required by. it's helpful to also give a phone number incase anything needs to be confirmed .
once we have received your order bank details will be provided  in a return email. (Please note if you havent heard back within 2 days  resend your request or check you spam folder as from time to time security settings can block emails by accident  )

No work will be commenced until comfirmed payment has been received

Postage / Shipping
All orders are despatched by Australia post from Sydney via registered delivery (express by request)

Worldwide: Please email your order to julie@sassymillinery.com.au and we will advise you of the shipping cost. We will invoice you via Pay Pal.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs tax or import duties.



 Changes to your order:

In most cases once you place your order and work has begun, no changes can be made.

In the unlikely event that a product / material becomes unavailable after you place you order we will inform you of this and we can discuss alternatives and new delivery dates.


Refunds and exchanges:

Please choose carefully as due to the nature  of the designs being  special ocassion wear, with many being custom /made to order , we do not refund or exchange if you have made the wrong choice or simply changed your mind.
